5 astuces pour lutter contre l'acné après 30 ans

5 astuces pour lutter contre l'acné après 30 ans
5 consejos para combatir el acné después de los 30Having acne when you're young is terrible, but suffering from it after 30 can also be a real ordeal. I'm telling you from experience. It's true that the type of acne is very different; instead of those white, clustered pimples on the forehead, chin, or cheeks, I usually get small inflammations on my chin and under my cheekbones. Sometimes they get a bit cystic, and I, being the queen of squeezing, can't resist, even though most of the time I only manage a good mess with an included wound. Anyway, story of my life. There hasn't been a single day since adolescence that I haven't had a small scar on my face from a healing pimple. My skin isn't what it was at 30 either, and they tend to take longer to heal; you have to be very careful so that the scar or mark doesn't remain forever. A pain. These last two months, I'd been getting an enormous amount of pimples, and the truth is I got a little scared. Not enough to go to the dermatologist, but I did start to analyze a bit what had happened. It wasn't stress; after all, it was summer, and I was more relaxed, but I did realize that I had let my routine slide and also that perhaps with the heat, my pores were getting clogged a bit more. Of course, my period and hormones did the rest. Well, now I have it much more under control thanks to getting back to my routine. I want to give you 5 tips that have helped me recover my skin and rid it of most of the pimples I had months ago. 1- WASH YOUR FACE TWICE A DAY: I stopped doing it, and boy, did I notice. I've been using a red ginseng foam cleanser from Korean cosmetics for a year and a half that works great for me, and I don't plan on changing it. It's very gentle and doesn't harm my skin, which is quite sensitive to soap. It's very important to wash your skin in the morning when you wake up (that's the step I was skipping) and at night after removing makeup. This last part is SUPER important. Espuma limpiadora con Ginseng Rojo 2- HONEY MASK: Honey is antiseptic, antioxidant, and healing, so it's ideal for acne-prone skin. You can apply it alone or add a few drops of lemon or even garlic if you don't mind the smell. 3- CREAM WITH VITAMIN C: My vitamin C cream that I use at night had also run out, no wonder so many pimples had appeared, and it was one of the things that saved my life; when I first found it, I had many more pimples, and little by little, my skin improved incredibly. The best part is that it's not a special acne cream, but it is for dark spots (it helps me remove the marks from wounds that always stay dark). It's the Garnier Anti-Dark Spot Corrector, a cream rich in vitamin C. Researching vitamin C due to its effect on my skin, I discovered that it's ideal for acne-prone skin because it prevents and reduces lesions. 4- OIL-FREE SUN CREAM: For skin like mine, certain types of facial creams aren't good; it's best to look for those that are oil-free. I use Avène Sun Emulsion without perfume. It's important to use high protection (+30) on your face because acne marks can worsen and scar due to sun exposure. Dieta sana5- DIET AND STRESS: We will avoid (as much as possible) foods with a high glycemic load, with a lot of sugar or carbohydrates. Since it was summer, I was eating too many ice creams, plus I've read that dairy products aren't very good for this little problem either... We can also boost our intake of fresh foods (especially vegetables and fruit), as well as vitamins A, B, omega-3 fatty acids, and Zinc. Stress is also terrible for the body. I've told you before how it affects nails; in the case of acne-prone skin, it can wreak havoc by causing those annoying pimples to appear en masse. So, let's try to take life differently, more relaxed, and not worry about things that don't depend on us. I hope I've helped you a little with these tips. I'd love to know your routine or any tricks based on your experience. You can leave them in the comments. Thanks!
